退款政策

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your items.

Returns are subject to eligibility requirements. Your merchandise must be kept in its original condition as upon receipt, unworn and unused, with all original tags intact and original packaging preserved. You are also required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label together with instructions detailing how and where to ship your package. We do not accept unsolicited returns sent without prior return authorization.

Damaged and Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items are defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of goods are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers and plants), custom-made products (including special orders and personalized items), and personal care goods (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gaseous products. Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

We regret that promotional merchandise and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain the items you need is to process a return for your current product and place a separate new order once your return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the aforementioned terms, if goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return items without providing any reason within 14 days. As specified above, items must remain in their original received condition, unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and you must furnish your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned goods to inform you whether your refund application has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be advised that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund transaction.
